DIA-615: Our  Lead  Asset

DIA-615 is a proprietary topical formulation intended to modulate cellular stress pathways implicated in chronic inflammatory skin disorders.

DIA-615 is being developed for inflammatory skin diseases, including psoriasis. 

The program is designed to: 

  • Reduce endoplasmic reticulum stress, a recognized contributor to inflammatory skin pathology 

  • Support keratinocyte differentiation and restoration of skin barrier function 

  • Provide a localized, non-systemic therapeutic approach

Development Focus

ARDIA is positioned for rapid entry into clinical studies. DIA-615  is designed to target the root cause of tissue damage with localized delivery and a potentially favorable safety profile for chronic use.
